The short video above will run through the basics of how to update an existing page on Radar. If you do not see the editing functions as described above, you are either not logged in or do not have the correct permissions to do so. If you would rather read through the instructions, please follow the steps below.
- Click Login in the top-right of the screen
- Sign-in using your login details
- You should now return to the home page of Radar – from here search or navigate to the page you are looking to edit.
- When you are on the page you need to edit – Click Edit Knowledge Base (top left of the screen above the Radar logo)
- From here you can edit the page title, body text, attachments and page security
- To change the uploaded attachment such as a rota or policy PDF document – scroll down the page to the Attached File section
- Click Remove under the attachment you want to remove
- Now click Add or Upload File
- From here you can select the file you want to upload or drag and drop the PDF from the S:Drive
- Once this is done you can scroll back to the top of the page and click Update
