Introduction
Osprey Court is the head office for the whole of Brisdoc/Severnside, The Out of Hours Control room also operates from here over the weekend and bank holiday periods between 07.00-23.00, and also Weekdays 1815-2300. The Assistant Shift Manager, Call Handlers and various clinical staff will be based here, with the Shift Manager, WACCs and clinicians.
