As a co-owner at BrisDoc, you will have check-ins with your manager regularly. For those in their induction period, more regular meetings will be held to ensure you are settling in well – these are usually 1, 3, and 6 month touchpoints. These check-in meetings give you the opportunity to spend quality time with your manager and discuss your development, and how you feel about your role and BrisDoc. The main objectives of these meetings are:
- To have a positive discussion about how you are doing in your job
- To discuss future aims and aspirations
- To identify what may need to be improved and set goals to achieve this
- Agree on any support or training necessary to ensure that you are able to do your job well
