Beginning at BrisDoc

In your first days and weeks at BrisDoc, you will need to complete the below actions and tick off the Local Induction Checklist.

Managers can find the Induction Policy here.

Induction

Complete a local and service induction with your manager and team – this is where you’ll learn about the job and how your service works.

Attend a corporate induction – you’ll learn about BrisDoc, our behaviours, and culture here.

Learning

Complete all statutory and mandatory training within three months of joining BrisDoc – this can all be found on the Development Hub.

Read the policies relevant to your time as a new starter.

Supporting You

To support you during your probation period, your manager will arrange 1, 3, and 6 month touchpoints.

You can access wellbeing support at any time through our Wellbeing Hub.
